extended family visited. everything was amazingly okay, and when they got talkative I put on Rubin and Ed and headphones, which guaranteed peace & harmony for the rest of the evening. mrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreow.
the week is going to be short. on the other hand, it's going to contain elections and end-of-month mad closing run.
have tried to compile my personal geek code, gave up because I rather like several Star Trek TOS novels. and so on.
have also visited P&C forums on ezBoard [may it roast somewhere warm]. er. lasted for about 10 minutes, fled. the usernames! the signature graphics! the spelling! the attitude! rahrr! and *headdesk*, because I'd LOVE to discuss several topics somehow. *howls*

I have finally got my greedy hands on Poser6. no, I'm not doing anything fancy or advanced in it, I'm just lamely using it for some crude modeling in absence of other visual reference. and a good thing I do, because my initial idea of the composition turned out to be wrong, proportion-wise. naturally '-) mmm, this promises to be fun. and because my version of Poser does not have a female figure model, you'll have to guess. ( boo... )

I cannot do anything right.
see, here's the crappy job... and not that I am having trouble keeping it, but there is not much to it right now, and definitely no bright future...
so, here's this state of suspension, incomplete days and terrifying, looming prospect of looking for a better job.
and on the other hand - the unexpected freedom creeping up on me. this... liberty. thoughts of actually going out to the sea. doing something... interesting. writing ideas flowing in. oh, and doodles. ( like this. )

a strange feeling that in a few days I am going to look at myself & seriously freak out, 'who the hell is this girl?!'-like.
